Finding Her Again
A Guide for Women Coming Back to Themselves
You know exactly how to hold a household together, run a career, and remember what everyone around you needs before they say a word. This guide is for the part of you that got lost somewhere in all of it.
Six chapters. Real explanations, not theory. Your own story, waiting to be picked back up.
Is This You?
You are not falling apart. You are functioning, competently, at a high level, and somewhere along the way you quietly stopped noticing yourself underneath it all.
You do not need a diagnosis to be here. You do not need a crisis either. You just need to recognise the feeling of carrying everything so well that nobody, including you, noticed you went missing inside it.
If that sounds familiar, this guide was written for you.
What's Inside
01 Find the Spark
Before anything structural changes, you have to find proof you are still capable of feeling something. Small, real, and easy to start.
02 Change What You Can
Not every part of your life is as fixed as it feels. How to tell the difference, and where to make the first honest move.
03 Protect Your Energy
Exhaustion is not a personality trait. What actually restores you, and why it does not require a retreat.
04 Make Peace With What Shaped You
The chapter most people skip, and the one that makes everything else hold. No diagnosis required, just honesty.
05 Find What It's For
A hard, necessary question about whether your life reflects what you actually value, or what you have simply gotten used to.
06 Connect With Others
Being needed constantly is not the same as being known. How to let people close again, plainly, without waiting until you have earned it.
Each chapter follows the same shape: why it helps, what it looked like in my own life, what it can look like in yours, and something to sit with before moving on.
About the Author
I built a career in healthcare and academia while carrying full responsibility at home, a family of five with three children who are now teenagers. My background is in clinical midwifery and nursing science, with research, teaching experience, and training through the ICF coaching pathway. But the real foundation for this guide is lived experience, the years of carrying structural overload myself before I understood what was happening.
I understand what it means to carry everything and quietly lose yourself. This guide is the starting point I wish someone had handed me, years earlier.
